Medicaid Assessment (InterRai) time is coming up! The Maryland Department of Health has asked Telligen (a health care organization) to complete a functional assessment for our clients. This assessment helps MDH determine the services they are eligible for or to evaluate their need to continue with current services. Telligen already started to send letters by mail with requests to schedule an appointment. Please, follow instructions given in that letters and call Telligen to schedule an assessment.
